Free Shipping Worldwide

Every Lunora order ships for free, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered within 7-15 business days after processing. Delivery times can vary depending on your country, customs and the carrier, especially during holidays and peak seasons.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package at every step.

Customs and import taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged package

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us at contact@lunora-room.com and we will send you a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will update it.
