We want you to love your Lunora projector. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@lunora-room.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 1-2 business days with the return instructions and address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Conditions

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all discs and accessories. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or a short video. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Customers in the EU and UK

You also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends this right and does not limit your statutory rights.
